About Me

I'm Del Nakhi. Like many leaders, I was in the trenches without a roadmap for years. With looming deadlines and constant pressure (some self-imposed), it was hard to consistently show up as I wanted. I grappled with balancing my commitment to being a patient, supportive leader - especially with novice employees - and my drive to make a meaningful business impact. Getting curious changed everything. It transformed my relationships, my team's engagement, and our productivity.
